Online Registration Form- Registering Multiple Children Or Registering for 2 shows for the same child
After you submitted the registration form, the office will send you an email with an invoice with your sibling discount or multiple show discount for the same child. As soon as the invoice is paid and processed, your child will be registered for the production. The tuition includes the cost of the production, registration fee and the convenience fee of 3%.
If you want a Payment Plan, call our office at 707-449-1200 to arrange this. An invoice will be sent to you with all the payments. Once the first payment is paid for and your online application is submitted, your child is enrolled.
Withdrawal and Refunds:
All requests to withdraw a student must be submitted in writing.
If you withdraw prior to the first rehearsal, a full refund (minus the registration fee) will be refunded. After the first rehearsal no refunds will be made under any circumstances.
There will be a 3% convenience fee added to the amount when using a charge card. It is calculated in the tuition that you are paying. Checks that are returned and debit or credit cards that can’t be processed will be subject to a $25 extra fee.
